We ship only to the USA via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.

We do not ship internationally, sorry.

 

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept any item returned within 30 days of original purchase with a valid receipt.

Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. This includes being free from any odor, smoke, perfume, lint etc. Refunds will be given in the same form as original payment with receipt.

You must call or email us to request a return, explaining why you would like to return your items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. Rollzee.com is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.

You will receive an email indicating your package has been received and your return processed.

If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. You may also opt for a store credit, in which case a store credit code will be emailed to you
